Antonio Arcadio Salazar

A_a Antonio Arcadio Salazar (A.A.) was born 1-12-1848 to Juan Manuel Salazar and Margarita Martinez in Abiquiu, NM.  He moved to San Luis, Colorado when he was 12 years old. 

He married Genoveva Gallegos on 2-26-1874 and bought and interest in the Gallegos store from his father-in-law Dario Gallegos in 1874. 

He also raised livestock and farmed.

He served on the Colorado State Legislature between the years 1885-1890. 

He died on March 26, 1926, in San Luis, Colorado.
